Jim Sangster

Jim Sangster is an experienced Energy Infrastructure Development Leader with over 25 years in design and construction of marine and offshore structures, focusing on conventional and energy transition projects. Currently, Jim manages a team of civil, structural, and marine engineers on various floating energy transition initiatives. Jim has held significant roles in companies such as Genesis Energies, where they led a service delivery team and contributed to numerous renewable and offshore projects. Jim's educational background includes a B.Eng (Hons) in Offshore Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and an HND in Marine Engineering from South Tyneside Marine Technical College.
