Joe Wheelwright

Joe Wheelwright is currently the Team Lead for Landscape Architecture in London and a chartered landscape architect and planner with over sixteen years of experience across various projects in the UK, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. They have honed practical skills in landscape design, project management, urban design, and town planning, contributing to both small and large-scale endeavors. Prior to joining Arup, Joe worked with several specialized landscape practices, developing a hands-on and people-oriented approach throughout the design and implementation processes. Joe's extensive experience includes managing landscape designs for educational developments, commercial projects, and public spaces, enhancing urban environments through collaboration with multiple stakeholders. They hold a master's degree in Landscape Architecture with distinction from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
