John David Willshire

John David Willshire is a BIM Design Manager with extensive experience in creating and managing digital 3D models and drawings. They began their career as a Structural Technician at Arup, where they developed skills in steelwork and concrete frame buildings. Over the years, Willshire has held positions including Senior Structural Technician and Principal Structural Technician at various companies, leading projects and ensuring BIM compliance. They are also an advocate for STEM and BIM initiatives in local educational institutions. Willshire has completed multiple qualifications in Civil Engineering from Newcastle College and holds titles such as EngTech and TIStructE.
