John Tayleur

John Tayleur is an experienced global environmental leader with a passion for integrating nature into policy and practice to benefit both people and the planet. With over two decades of expertise, they have successfully managed large-scale initiatives and diverse teams across various organizations, including Defra and the British Trust for Ornithology. Currently serving as the Europe Business Leader for Nature and Biodiversity Solutions at Arup, John is dedicated to developing innovative approaches that enhance resilience in environmental practices. They hold a BSc in Zoology & Physiology and an MSc in Applied Ecology and Conservation from the University of East Anglia.
