John Turzynski is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer who graduated from Imperial College London. They joined Arup in 1977 and have served as a Director for 22 years, and are now a Senior Consultant. They have worked on significant projects globally, including Euston Station and the California Academy of Sciences, and have held various leadership roles within the firm. Additionally, John is a past-Chair of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering and currently serves as the non-executive Chair of iMET and a trustee director of The Southwood Foundation. They have received multiple awards, including the Major Projects Award from the Royal Academy of Engineering and the ACE Ambassador of the Year Award for Exceptional Leadership in 2018.
