Jonathan Griffin

Jonathan Griffin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the State Leader for Victoria at Arup since December 2007. In this role, Jonathan is responsible for the strategic positioning of Arup within the region, overseeing a team of over 600 to deliver innovative and high-quality projects. Prior positions at Arup include Principal and Australasian Advisory Services Leader, where Jonathan led advisory services across multiple countries. Jonathan's background includes significant roles such as Senior Associate and Project Manager for major projects, alongside previous experiences at the Environment Agency and Faber Maunsell. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Water Resources Technology & Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham, complemented by executive education at Mt Eliza Business School and Imperial Business School.
