Jorge Viejo

Jorge Viejo is an Associate Director at Arup and has served as the Human Resources Manager since 2005. With nearly twenty years of experience in recruitment, training, and evaluation within multinational companies, they previously worked at Deloitte from 2001 to 2005 in various HR roles. Jorge holds a degree in Sociology with a focus on Industrial Sociology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and completed a Master's in Human Resources at Centro Europeo Garrigues, along with an Expert in Coaching certification from HUNE. As a coach and writer, they continue to contribute to the development of employees at Arup, managing labor relations and expatriate issues within a team of 300.
