Judith Schulz

Judith Schulz is a seasoned professional in fire engineering and safety, currently serving as a Director and previously as an Associate Director at Arup since June 2012. With extensive experience in mass timber and fire safety, as well as interdisciplinary design, Judith leads prestigious projects while fostering creativity and innovative solutions within teams. Prior to Arup, Judith worked as an Associate at Buro Happold, focusing on performance-based fire engineering and overseeing a fire engineering team in London. Judith's early career included a role as Senior Engineer at Holmes Fire & Safety. Academically, Judith holds multiple degrees, including an IDBE from the University of Cambridge and a master's in Data Analytics from Arup University, alongside civil engineering and fire engineering qualifications from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and the University of Canterbury.
