Julia Kumalo

Julia Kumalo is an experienced Human Resources Manager at Arup since July 2009, specializing in recruitment, grading systems, labor relations, payroll, and daily HR management, including performance management. Prior to this role, Julia served as Administration Manager at AMG Global Chartered Accountants from July 2001 to October 2007, where responsibilities included interaction with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, personnel management, fleet oversight, payroll bureau management, and cash flow management. Julia holds a Business Studies Diploma obtained in 1997 from the Institute of Personnel Management Zimbabwe (IPMZ) and attended Jameson High in Kadoma.
