Julia Mills has over 20 years of experience in consultancy, government, and economic development across Europe, Japan, the US, and Australia. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Market Engagement for Energy at Arup, where they spearhead strategic growth and foster high-level client relationships to facilitate the energy transition. Previously, they were based in Tokyo as the Head of Partnerships, building key relationships in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Julia has also held positions with various organizations, including Enterprise Florida and the Victorian Government, where they led investment strategies and delivered substantial economic outcomes. They are fluent in English, Japanese, and French, bringing a global perspective to their work.
