Karsten Peleikis

Karsten Peleikis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability consulting and business management. Currently serving as Associate Director and Sustainability Consulting Lead at Arup since March 2022, Karsten previously held significant roles at Arcadis, including Executive Leader Sustainability and Head of Business Advisory Lifecycle Management from April 2016 to February 2022. Prior to that, Karsten led various divisions at Imtech Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on business management, sales, and research and development in green solutions. Experience also includes leadership positions at IMMOSOLAR GmbH and SunTechnics GmbH, along with project management in R&D and industrial ventilation at Imtech. Karsten's academic background includes a Diplom-Ingenieurin degree in General Engineering Science & Process Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology and studies at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
