Kate Fairhall

Kate Fairhall is a Principal Consultant at Arup, specializing in People and Organisations within the Operations Consulting team. With over 16 years of experience at Arup, they are a Chartered Management Consultant and Chartered Occupational Psychologist, focusing on integrating human factors into design and operations to enhance performance. Kate has successfully led transformational change projects in the built environment, earning the title of 'Change Management Consultant of the Year' in 2015. They hold a BSc in Psychology from the University of York, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield, and are currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Ergonomics and Human Factors from the University of Nottingham.
