Katherine C. Harper

Katherine C. Harper is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and governance, currently serving as Non Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at Arup, Modine Manufacturing Company, and Sasol. Harper previously held the position of Non Executive Director and Board Chair at Venator Materials Plc, along with a brief tenure as Interim Chief Financial Officer at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
