Kim Blackmore is a retired civil engineer with over 34 years of experience, having served as an Associate Director at Arup. Kim has a strong background in highway and infrastructure design, leading multidisciplinary teams on projects in both the UK and abroad. They were involved in significant initiatives, including the Highways England Smart Motorway Programme and have contributed to the recruitment and development of a 90-strong highways team.
