Kirsty Walker

Kirsty Walker is a Fire Engineer at Arup, part of the Edinburgh team, with three years of experience in the role. They graduated with First Class honours in Architectural Engineering and Design Management from Loughborough University in 2022, where they also completed a placement year with Pellikaan Construction. Throughout their career, Kirsty has developed skills in collaborative teamwork, time management, and creative problem solving, particularly in the design and construction of sports facilities. Aside from their professional pursuits, they are an accomplished athlete and have completed significant challenges, including a 2000-mile solo cycle from Lisbon to Amsterdam for charity.
