Lee McMillan is a seasoned Technical Director and Power Systems Engineer with extensive experience in the electrical engineering field. Lee worked as an Electrical Engineer at TransGrid from 2002 to 2003 and held various positions at Beca from 2013 to 2018, including Technical Director and Technical Leader for Power Systems. As Director at PowerEarth Technologies Pty Ltd from 2018 to 2024 and now as Associate Director and Senior HV Electrical Engineer at Arup since 2025, Lee continues to contribute to the industry. Lee earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Newcastle, completing the degree in 1998.
