Leo Huang is an Urban Planning Manager at Arup and a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) specializing in master planning, urban design, GIS analysis, and a variety of planning studies. They graduated with distinction from The University of Hong Kong with a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning, following a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the same institution.
