Lloyd Twomey is the Performance and Operations Director for Arup in Australia and New Zealand, responsible for delivering exceptional project outcomes and commercial performance across various sectors, including infrastructure and energy. With extensive management experience in large, complex infrastructure projects in Australia and Europe, Lloyd has led numerous initiatives such as the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal and Melbourne-to-Brisbane Inland Rail. Lloyd has held several roles within Arup since 1997, advancing from Associate to Principal, and is currently a Trustee for the Committee for Economic Development of Australia. Lloyd earned a BSc (Hons) in Geology from University College Dublin, an MSc in Applied Environmental Geology from Cardiff University, and a Graduate GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
