Louise Hore is an experienced professional in people operations and communications with a career spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as the People Programs and Projects Lead for Asia Pacific & Americas at Arup since September 2025, Louise previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at LNDR from August 2022 to June 2025. Louise's tenure at Arup also included roles as People Operations Manager and Change and Engagement Manager from 2017 to 2022. Prior experience encompasses senior consulting at Deloitte Digital and communications management roles at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Wesfarmers Resources Limited, HSBC, and various government positions. Louise possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from James Cook University and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Change Management at UNSW.
