Lucy Stephens

Lucy Stephens has over 25 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Operations Lead at Arup since September 2018. At Arup, Lucy has also held the positions of Experienced Hire Operations Lead and Resourcing Operations Manager, contributing to the company's mission of making a positive difference in the world through various professional services. Prior to Arup, Lucy spent over a decade at BuroHappold Engineering as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, overseeing recruitment for US design hubs and BuroHappold Cities globally. Earlier career experiences include roles at Virgin Mobile as an HR/Resourcing Assistant and at Hilton Bath City Hotel in various management positions. Lucy holds a Certificate in Personnel Practice from City of Bath College.
