Lucy Wall is a Senior People & Organisations Leader with extensive experience in human resources. Lucy has previously held positions such as Associate Director at Arup from 2021 to 2024 and Head of HR at Win Technologies from 2012 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Lucy worked as an HR Officer at Omega PLC from 2003 to 2009, where they focused on employee relations. Lucy holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel & Development from Doncaster Business School. Currently, Lucy continues to contribute as a People & Change Consultant at Arup.
