Luisa Panuccio

Luisa Panuccio is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the VIC Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Chair and Senior Project Manager at Arup since February 2021. Prior experience includes project management roles at the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, where Luisa managed significant infrastructure projects such as the Grand Junction and Main North Road upgrades. Previous positions also include a Civil Engineer/Consultant role at Aurecon, contributing to various projects including the Barker Inlet Power Station and Osborne Naval Shipbuilding Precinct. Luisa's career began at BMD Group as a Graduate Site Engineer, with undergraduate roles supporting multiple land development projects. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil and Architectural Engineering from the University of Adelaide, along with involvement in initiatives such as the Engineers Without Borders STEM Ambassador Program and the Regional Lecture Series Student Ambassador program.
