Maddie West

Maddie West is a Senior Early Careers Specialist at Arup, where responsibilities include leading Early Careers recruitment across multiple regions and developing attraction strategies. Currently serving as a Director on the Board of the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE), Maddie previously worked at AECOM as a Specialist in Graduate Recruitment, successfully recruiting over 250 graduates and undergraduates and enhancing recruitment processes for candidates with disabilities. Prior experience includes the role of Early Resolutions Officer at NAB, managing customer complaints, and a Talent Acquisition Intern position within NAB's Technology Workforce Programs team. Maddie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from RMIT University, earned between 2017 and 2020.
