Marc Bear

Marc Bear is a chartered mechanical engineer currently serving as a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Arup, where they lead mechanical design and site workflows on various projects across London. Marc has extensive experience, including roles as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Resident Mechanical Engineer at Arup, and participated in significant projects such as a new-build Centre for Molecular Pathology during their industrial placement at Balfour Beatty Engineering Services. They earned a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, graduating with first-class honors in 2013. Prior to their current role, Marc gained valuable experience through work placements with Foster + Partners and other organizations, contributing to project development and coordination efforts.
