Mark Cowan is an Associate Principal at Arup, currently serving as the Commercial Lead in Queensland. A chartered civil engineer specializing in highway design and project management, Mark has gained extensive experience working on notable projects in both the UK and Australia, including the Haughton River Floodplain Upgrade and the Woolgoolga to Ballina project. Prior to joining Arup, Mark held positions at Mouchel plc and MG Rover, where they developed a strong foundation in engineering. Mark earned a Master of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering with Industrial Experience from the University of Birmingham.
