Mark Knighton is a Senior Digital Consultant at Arup since October 2021, specializing in the management and implementation of digital solutions for the built environment, including leading a multi-disciplinary team to create automated national datasets for railway asset protection. Prior to this, Mark served as the HS2 Sublot Discipline Lead for Watercourses at SYSTRA, overseeing watercourse design for the HS2 rail project. Earlier experience includes roles as an Assistant Civil Engineer at SYSTRA and Atkins, where valuable skills were developed in project management and technical design. Mark holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University.
