Mark Ngan has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Resident Engineer at Arup since September 2011, with roles including Senior Resident Engineer (Programme, Civil & Interface) and Resident Chief Technical Officer. Previously, Mark held planning management positions at Hsin Chong Engineering (Macau) Limited and Venetian Orient Limited, as well as a planning role at The Venetian Macau Ltd. Earlier in Mark's career, experience was gained as an Engineer I at Meinhardt Infrastructure and Environment Ltd., and in various engineering positions at Mouchel Halcrow JV and Mouchel Asia Ltd. Mark began the professional journey after obtaining a BEng in Civil Engineering from UCL between 1993 and 1996.
