Martin Koster is an Associate Director and Global HSEQ Quality Systems Lead with extensive experience in architecture and project management. They owned and operated Dorens en Koster Architecten from 2003 to 2009 and served as Project Engineer at Marlies Rohmer Architects & Urbanists from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, Martin held various roles at Arup, including Senior Project Manager and Management Systems Leader for the Europe Region, from 2013 to 2021. They also worked as a Project Manager/Architect at Hans van Heeswijk Architecten B.V. from 2009 to 2011. Martin earned a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, following their studies in Computer Science at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and completing their VWO at Elshof College.
