Matt Carter

Matt Carter PE SE PEng CEng is a Principal at Arup’s New York office, where they have served since 2013. Prior to this role, they were an Associate Director and Senior Engineer at Arup from 2003 to 2013. Matt began their career as a Site Engineer at Costain, where they contributed to a major highway widening project in 1999. They earned a Master of Engineering degree with First Class Honors from the University of Cambridge, following their education at West Buckland School.
