Michelle Cheah has extensive experience in partnerships and social impact within the realm of international development. They served as Regional Manager at Austraining International from 2012 to 2013 and have been a Partnership Broker as an Independent Consultant since 2009. Previously, they worked as a Community Engagement & Special Projects Advisor for Koori Courts at the Magistrates’ Court & Department of Justice Victoria from 2007 to 2008. From 2014 to 2017, Michelle held roles at Engineers Without Borders Australia, including Director of International Development & Strategic Partnerships. Currently, Michelle is the Australasia Community Engagement Manager and Social Impact Leader at Arup, a position they have held since 2019.
