Michelle Leigh

Michelle Leigh has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the HR contact for Arup since August 2014, where responsibilities include managing sickness absence across multiple sites and preparing staffing information for senior management. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as an HR Administrator for Wienerberger UK for a brief period in July 2014, and at Harrington Brooks from October 2010 to June 2014, where the focus was on various HR-related matters such as absence management, appraisals, recruitment, and new starter inductions. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lostock High School.
