Mike Edwards

Mike Edwards is a Director at Arup, specializing in leading projects within the Property sector with a focus on retrofit and repurposing existing buildings. Currently serving as an Associate Governor at Fortismere School since May 2024, Mike contributes to the Strategic Estates Committee, which is part of the UK government's Schools Rebuilding Programme. Mike has been with Arup since September 2002, initially as an Associate Director, and previously worked with Arup Associates and in the Qatar office. Mike's early career includes a summer internship with Whitby Bird and Partners in London. Educational qualifications include a BEng in Architectural Engineering and an MSc in Architecture, Environmental Design of Buildings, both obtained from Cardiff University.
