Miranda Kent

Miranda Kent is a Senior Structural Engineer at Arup, where they leverage their skills to create efficient and economical structures as part of an integrated building design team. They have a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with Architecture from the University of Glasgow, awarded with First Class Honours. Prior to their current role, Miranda gained experience as a Civil Engineer at Dar Al Handasah Nazih Taleb & Partners and briefly worked as a Scuba Diving Guide at Dive Bluemotion. They became a Chartered Engineer by the Institution of Structural Engineers in June 2021 and have a strong interest in architecturally led, environmentally focused building design.
