Miriam Alvi

Miriam Alvi is currently a Principal Planner at Arup, building on previous experience as a Senior Planner with the same organization. They earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Birmingham, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their roles at Arup, Miriam worked as a Senior Planning Officer at Birmingham City Council from 2018 to 2021, a Consents Officer at National Grid from 2015 to 2017, and completed a work placement at MADE, a centre for place making, in 2015.
