Nancy Chen

Nancy Chen is a finance professional with significant experience in investment analysis and advisory roles. At Macquarie Group, Nancy served as an Analyst in the Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets division from September 2018 to January 2019. Prior to that, Nancy worked at Hastings Funds Management as an Analyst in Portfolio Management from July 2016 to February 2018, and at PwC Australia from December 2014 to July 2016, holding roles as a Trainee Accountant in Assurance and as a Consultant in Deals - Infrastructure and Urban Renewal. Nancy's career further progressed at Arup from June 2019 to April 2021, where positions included Consultant and Manager in Investor Advisory. Currently, Nancy is the Founder of Girlies Squad, a position held since February 2024. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne, earned from 2014 to 2017.
