Nathan Prosser

Nathan Prosser is currently the IMEA People Lead at Arup, focusing on senior people partnerships and leading HR initiatives. They have previously held roles as a Regional HR Advisor at Deloitte, where they managed stakeholder relationships and implemented people strategies across various client groups. Nathan’s earlier experience includes positions as an HR Advisor at Think Money Group and as a Regional HR Advisor in both Infrastructure and Healthcare and Facilities Services at OCS Group UK. They earned a BA Hons in Business Management from the University of South Wales and a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Wales, Swansea.
