Neal O'Boyle is a chartered civil engineer and senior project manager at Arup, currently overseeing large-scale property and infrastructure projects. With 14 years of experience, Neal has worked in diverse roles, including senior programme manager at Faithful+Gould and senior engineer at COWI. Neal's education includes an MEng in Civil Engineering with Spanish from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University Belfast. Prior to joining Arup, Neal gained valuable experience as a tunnel engineer at WS Atkins & Partners Overseas.
