Nelson Richardson is a Senior Project Manager at Arup, specializing in programme and project management since 2014. With a robust background in managing complex, high-value infrastructure and commercial property projects, Nelson has consistently delivered results ahead of schedule and under budget. Prior to Arup, they gained experience as a Project Development Manager at Network Rail and as a consultant for both Network Rail and London Underground. Nelson's foundation in the field began as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Pelorus Real Estate Limited from 2002 to 2007.
