Olga Marszalkowska

Olga Marszalkowska has extensive experience in education, leadership, and civil engineering. Starting as a tutor and organizer of extra-curricular English classes at Primary School no.1 in Banino, Olga transitioned to AIESEC Edinburgh, where responsibilities included leading the Outgoing Global Internship Programme and managing a cultural exchange event. With a background in marketing and communications, Olga served as Vice-President at AIESEC, raising brand awareness and leading a marketing team. Additional experience includes roles at ICE Edinburgh Graduates and Students, where Olga contributed to event planning and governance, and participation in organizing the Engineering Climate Conference. Olga gained practical engineering experience as a Structural Engineering Intern at Cundall and held multiple positions at Arup, culminating in a Senior Civil Engineer role. Educational achievements include an International Baccalaureate Diploma from IB World School and a First Class MEng Hons in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
