Olivier Woeffray

Olivier Woeffray is an experienced professional specializing in foresight, strategy, and insights. Currently serving as the Foresight, Strategy and Insights Lead at Arup, Olivier has previously held several key positions at the World Economic Forum, including Practice Lead for Strategic Intelligence and Senior Associate for Strategic Foresight. Olivier was also a founding team member at Urbego and contributed as a Project Team Member in Public Governance and Territorial Development at the OECD. Additionally, Olivier coordinated efforts for the International Federation for Housing and Planning (IFHP), demonstrating a commitment to strategic development and governance.
