Olly Bailey

Olly Bailey is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at Arup, with a diverse background in project management roles, including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Graduate Project Manager since September 2019. Bailey also served as the Operational Sustainability Lead and Operations Sustainability Manager on secondment at Grosvenor between June 2022 and January 2024. Previous experience includes a marketing/project management role at Origen, and a successful freelance photography business catering to clients in education, events, and hospitality from October 2015 to December 2018. Early career experiences encompass a Digital Marketing Intern position at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where contributions included developing an analytics dashboard, and a Digital Communications and Marketing Assistant role at The SU, University of Bath. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Biochemistry from the University of Bath, complemented by further studies at the University of Cambridge in early 2023.
