Özlem Ayalp

Özlem Ayalp is an Associate Director and PPM Services Leader in Italy with a robust background in architecture and project management. They began their career as an Architect at Fabio Azzolina Architetto and later worked at CLS Architetti and Federico Pace Architetto, specializing in interior and store design. Özlem has held various roles at Arup, including Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, before advancing to Associate Director and Programme and Project Management Services Leader. They earned a BSc in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University and an MSc in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano.
