Ozlen Ozkurt, PhD, PE, ENV SP, currently serves as the Americas East Water Business Leader at Arup since April 2024. Ozkurt has been an Adjunct Professor and Advisory Board Member at Farmingdale State College since January 2015, where instruction focuses on hydrology and hydraulics principles. Previously, Ozkurt held significant roles at WSP USA as the Northeast Water Business Development Lead, and at Dewberry as Associate Vice President and Water Resources Department Manager, overseeing operational growth and staff development. Ozkurt also contributed as a Water Resources Engineer at URS Corporation and held academic positions at City University of New York and Southern Illinois University, obtaining a PhD in Engineering from The City University of New York. Educational background includes an MSc and BSc in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
