Pablo Lazo is a director of urban development at the World Resources Institute and an independent consultant with over 20 years of global experience in urban design and architecture. With expertise in urban regeneration, sustainability, and social infrastructure, they have led significant projects across Latin America, including in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Uruguay. Currently, they manage projects at Arup focused on large-scale urban designs and master planning in Latin America. Pablo holds a Licenciado in Architecture from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master’s in Architecture from the Architectural Association School of Architecture.
