Paige Garside is an experienced hydrologist and project manager with a background in water and environmental management. Paige started as a Research Student at the University of Reading in 2011, focusing on extreme Australian rainfall and data manipulation using IDL programming. Subsequent roles included Project Manager for the Environment Agency's National Capital Programme Management Service, where Paige managed Modelling & Forecasting projects, and Analyst positions at JBA Consulting, where responsibilities included hydrological estimates and hydraulic model development. At Arup, from 2015 to 2022, Paige took on multiple roles, including Senior Consultant and Project Manager, focusing on flood and coastal erosion risk management. In December 2022, Paige transitioned to Arup's Water Strategy team in Sydney, leading efforts to build relationships with Australasian clients and manage major water infrastructure projects. Paige holds a BA in Geography with First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge.
