Paul Lehmann is an experienced board member and communications director with a proven track record in reputational turnaround and stakeholder engagement. They served as Head of Corporate Communications and External Relations at the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission from 2009 to 2012, and held various senior communications roles across public and private sectors, including interim positions in multiple healthcare organizations. As a Trustee Director for the Thrale Almshouse and Relief in Need Charity from 2002 to 2022, Paul led a £3 million redevelopment project and established a grant-giving function that donated over £300,000 to local causes. Currently, they are the Interim Head of External Communications at Arup and run their own strategic communications consultancy, Tankerville Communications Ltd.
