Paul Simpson

Paul Simpson is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Principal in the Infrastructure Group at Arup since March 2000, Paul has held leadership roles including Melbourne Office Leader and Infrastructure Group Leader. Prior to Arup, Paul managed the Melbourne Office for Young Consulting Engineers from September 1994 to March 2000. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Engineer within various local government roles from December 1985 to September 1994, focusing on investigation, design, construction, and project management for entities such as the Shire of Ballarat and the City of Greater Geelong. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree from Federation University Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Municipal Engineering and Management from Deakin University.
