Paul Stephens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the rail and civil engineering sectors. Serving as Associate Director at Arup from April 2006 to September 2018, Paul held the role of Project Director for various rail projects and participated as a Joint Venture Board member. Prior to this, Paul managed the framework and project management for rail initiatives with clients such as HS2 Ltd and Network Rail. Additional experience includes serving as a design manager for highway bridges at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for the London 2012 Olympics and working as a graduate engineer for John Nolan Associates Ltd. and McNicholas plc. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool, completed in December 1995.
