Paul Van Horn

Paul Van Horn is currently the Associate Director at Arup Nederland, where they continue to shape a better world. Previously, Paul managed various engineering and construction projects, including roles at Ingenieursbureau Amsterdam and as a project manager for SNV, overseeing significant development programs. Paul also held management positions at Federal Express and worked as a senior infra engineer at Arup before ascending to their current role. In addition to their professional career, Paul dedicates time as a job coach for VluchtelingenWerk, reflecting on the kindness received during global travels. Paul holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Land Use Planning and Management from Wageningen Universiteit and an MBA in business from the Open University.
