Paul Webber

Paul Webber has over 25 years of experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Property, Science, Industry, Technology & Social Infrastructure West Group Leader at Arup since October 1997, Paul oversees a team of over 300 building engineers across various projects in Wales, the South West, and the South Coast. Additionally, Paul holds the position of Education Business Leader for the UK, Middle East, and Africa and serves as a Board Member at Cardiff Capital Region Business Council since October 2017. Paul’s earlier experience includes a role as Project Associate at Troup Bywaters and Anders from 1990 to 1997. Paul holds an MBA in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a BEng in Environmental Engineering from London South Bank University.
